Robyn Collins and Wendy Nichols are highly experienced educators with more than 40 years experience in schools between them. Robyn is a former principal, English teacher, university lecturer and tutor. As a principal, she was involved in staff selection, in-servicing, finances and budget, building and design, enrolment and marketing as well as the day-to-day management of running a school – and, of course, strategic planning.

In recent years she has worked as an education consultant, conducting workshops in strategic planning, leadership, curriculum development, teacher training and learning. She has undertaken full school reviews and strategic planning for schools in the independent sector, as well as triennial reviews for state schools. She has also been involved in reviews of international operations and assessments of new schools for accreditation and capital funding.

Robyn is an experienced writer and researcher and has numerous articles published in educational magazines.

Wendy has taught in four states and territories in Australia, teaching students from year 1 to 12. A Drama and English specialist, she has taught English, Maths, Drama and Social Science to secondary students, and all subjects to primary students. As well, she has designed curriculums, produced plays with hundreds of children and run her own business. In this latter role, in particular, she has not only developed strategic business plans, but also has had to think strategically. She has further enhanced her skills in this area through the presentations and workshops she conducts on strategic planning.
